If, like us, you’re wondering just how on earth it’s the Easter Holidays already, you’ll likely be giving some thought as to how to entertain the kids over the break; maybe a holiday, the awesome sports camp down the road, maybe some new toys…
Or how about an adventure? A little unstructured, imaginative, see where the road takes us kind of adventure. You know the kind we used to have when we were kids, when school holidays meant time to scramble through the hedges at the bottom of the garden and when we’d literally bound out of bed in the morning to carry on working on the den we’d been making with our friends. Aaah the good ole days!
Well here’s the thing; the skills your children are learning at Mini’s are designed to be used in so many areas of life; not just on the rugby pitch or playground. They’re designed to build confidence, inspire & instil that ‘oh so important’ sense of team spirit and they’ll come in pretty handy when they do get round to building that den or treehouse too; just as much as when they’re focused on scoring that try for their team!
Just as important though, is your child’s imagination; it’s something that should never be ignored but that sometimes in our “crazy, goes way too fast, structured, routined, term time weeks”, can be a little neglected.
This Easter holiday, we’d love to hear about all your awesome adventures and how Mini’s has contributed to the confidence your little ones have in trying new things & getting creative. So whether you’re heading off to Newquay to catch a few spring waves, navigating your way across Dartmoor with the dog, or building that treehouse, we’d love you to share their adventures & achievements, with us. Share, celebrate & let’s shout out to the awesome time that is childhood!
